We were a group of seven friends who contacted Kishwor for a customized itinerary, and he planned everything perfectly—adding Tilicho Lake and Kagbeni to our route. Since we are all experienced hikers, we requested him to include as many highlights as possible within our 8-day trip. The itinerary was designed impressively, covering the most beautiful spots in the region.

The Annapurna trails, Tilicho Lake, and crossing Thorong La Pass were more challenging than we expected—but the Himalaya is always larger than your imagination. We all did great until Tilicho Lake and reached High Camp together.

On the day of crossing Thorong La Pass, one of our friends struggled with altitude symptoms. The Breeze Adventure preparation was beyond our expectations—they carried a full oxygen cylinder for the entire group, just in case. Our guide, Mr. Bhim, first gave him 0.5L oxygen support, and when the improvement was slow, he increased it to 1L. This allowed him to walk slowly and steadily all the way to the top of Thorong La Pass with the support of Breeze Adventure’s Oxygen = Life approach.

This experience made our journey not only successful but also personal—we felt truly cared for.
