Terms and Conditions

This document refers to the binding agreement between Breeze Adventure Pvt. Ltd. and the client. It is necessary to be open and clear about our guidelines so that there is no confusion before, during, and after booking a trip. For the benefit of both parties, it is important to be in mutual agreement before the trip.

 Please go through the terms and conditions below before you book your trip with us!

Booking and payment:

To confirm your booking, we require a photocopy of your passport, as well as an advance of 20% of your total trip cost. This not only confirms your booking but also allows us to reserve your hotel and begin the permit process. The remaining balance is paid upon your arrival in Nepal. Be considerate, we do reserve the right to cancel your trip if the full amount is not paid on time. After we receive a photocopy of your passport and the 20 % advance, we send you an email confirming that your trip has been booked.

NOTE: Bank and PayPal transfer service charges are to be paid by the client him/herself at the time of deposit. 

During the Trek, Tour, and Expeditions:

In case you commit any unlawful act during your trek, tour, or expedition and you are compelled to leave Nepal, Breeze Adventure is not liable for any refunds.

Trip Cancellation Policy: 

If for any reason, the client would like to cancel his/her booked trip, the paid amount is refunded with a few percentages of the cancellation charge. In the case that Breeze Adventure Pvt. Ltd. must cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or any other unfortunate situation, we provide a full 100% refund of the booked trip.  If our company and the client agree to postpone the trek or tour to a later date, that is a viable option.

Between 30-45 days of arrival, 80% refund of the advance payment.

Between 16-30 days of arrival, a 70% refund of the advance payment.

Between 7-14 days of arrival, 50% refund of the advance payment.

Less than 7 days before your arrival, 0% refund of the advance payment.

Passport and Visa: 

Clients from outside of Nepal must have a valid passport and visa when they arrive in Nepal. Breeze Adventure Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any expired or invalid documents and is not responsible if you are prevented from entering any places during your stay.

Risk and Liabilities:

In trekking and mountaineering, there is inherent risk involved. However, we are committed to providing the highest standards to prevent you from becoming injured and/or sick. We are honest and open about the risks involved, so that is easily avoided. All our tours throughout Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan are conducted under the proper rules and regulations in each destination. In the case of any accident, injury, and/or illness, we are held responsible, though we will do our very best to take keep you safe and secure in all situations. If something happens, our guides are trained to take care of you. By upholding the highest safety standards, we can give you the most memorable, amazing journey into the Himalayas and beyond!

Travel Insurance: 

We require all clients to obtain travel insurance before booking a trip with us. He/she should obtain travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, emergency helicopter expenses, repatriation expenses, loss of luggage, and the expenses of cancellation of a trip. If a client becomes sick or injured, he/she is responsible for all hospital bills, etc., and Breeze Adventure Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to refund the trip or pay the medical bills.

Health and fitness:

All treks and peak climbing expeditions require a moderate level of fitness to complete. You should check with your doctor before booking a trip, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition that may hamper your ability to participate in the adventure. If this is the case, please let us know beforehand. Our tours typically do not require any level of fitness to complete.

Personal loss or damage:

Breeze Adventure Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any personal loss or damage of luggage, camera, passport, or personal belongings. It is the client’s own responsibility to take care of their own personal belongings.
