We decided to take on the Annapurna Circuit as a group of friends in December, and it turned out to be one of the most rewarding experiences. Although it was colder, the crisp air and snow-covered landscapes added a magical touch to the trek. The quiet atmosphere, with fewer tourists, allowed us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the surroundings. Each day, we encountered a new challenge, from steep ascents to navigating snowy paths, but the sense of accomplishment at the end of each day was unmatched. Our evenings were spent sharing stories and enjoying local delicacies. Definitely an unforgettable adventure!

The view of Mt. Everest from Gokyo Ri is the best one! The whole trek to Gokyo Lake is awesome! And when we climbed up to Gokyo ri, I was so surprised to see all the beautiful Himalayas, Gokyo Lakes, and the gorgeous view of Mt. Everest!

My friends and I, a group of 4 ladies went for the Short Gokyo Lakes Trek from December 5 to December 13, 2022. We started our trip from Kathmandu with 30 30-minute flight to Lukla and started trekking on the peaceful and beautiful trail.
Our guide Dawa and porters Mingma and Dorje were very helpful. The uphill to Namche Bazaar was a bit difficult but it was worth it. The trek to Gokyo Lakes in December was so peaceful. The view of Mt. Amadablam from Mong La was precious. The little settlements along the way to Gokyo are so beautiful.
We started a very early hike up to Gokyo Ri for the sunrise view on Mt. Everest. The view from Gokyo Lake was amazing! I really loved all the Himalayan views and the Gokyo Lakes from Gokyo Ri. I highly recommend Breeze Adventure for trekking in Nepal.

I had a short holiday and wanted to do this beautiful trek. I did this trek in 8 days from Kathmandu-Kathmandu. This trek is so peaceful and beautiful. The lakes around Gokyo Valley and the view from the top of Gokyo Ri were amazing. If you are planning to do this trek, please practice walking up and downhill before this trek. Because there are some long up and downhill trails on this trekking route. The Breeze Adventure team is professional. Please book your trekking with them for your successful trekking in Nepal.

Kishor was super responsive when organizing the trip. He advised me to add one day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization day and helped me a lot with my successful trek to Gokyo Ri. I loved trekking to the Himalayas. I loved the amazing Himalayan views.

Mt. Everest from Gokyo Ri was so beautiful. The lakes are so peaceful and cool. 
If you are planning to trek in the Everest region, I highly recommend the Gokyo Lakes trek with Breeze Adventure. Gokyo lakes are less crowded and offer a beautiful view of the Himalayas including Mt. Everest.

We chose December for a quieter trekking experience, and it was magical. Snow had started to fall in some areas, giving the trail a fresh, pristine look. The air was cold and clean, and the mountain views were razor sharp. We loved the festive atmosphere in the teahouses—even got to celebrate an early Christmas! Our guide was knowledgeable, warm, and made sure we were safe and acclimatized. Reaching Base Camp felt like the ultimate gift. The helicopter ride back was cinematic, especially with the snowy peaks glistening below us. This trip brought us closer together and closer to the Earth.
