    Teahouses along the trail provide basic rooms with twin beds and shared bathrooms. Don’t expect luxury, but they’re cozy and welcoming.

    Food

    Drinking Water

    Bottled water is available but expensive at higher altitudes. Carry water purification tablets or filters to save cost and reduce plastic use.

    Wi-Fi

    Wi-Fi is available in some teahouses for a small charge, especially in lower villages. Speed is slow and unreliable as you go higher.

    Network

    Mobile signals (NTC or Ncell) work in a few places like Manang, but expect poor or no signal near the pass. Carry a local SIM for better coverage.
