This trek tested me physically—long days, steep ascents, high altitudes—but it gave me a mental reset I didn’t know I needed. Breeze Adventure guided us with care, making sure we acclimatized properly and stayed safe. When I reached Pangpema, I stood in awe under the shadow of Kanchenjunga’s immense north face. I’ve never felt so small and so alive at the same time. The peaceful villages and sacred stupas made me reflect on how life can be simpler and more meaningful. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth every step. This trek changed something in me.

One of the best parts of the Kanchenjunga South trek was passing through traditional Limbu and Rai villages. These weren’t touristy or commercial—just authentic mountain life. I stayed in wooden homes, ate simple but delicious food, and saw daily life in a part of Nepal untouched by mass tourism. Breeze Adventure made sure we had time to connect with locals and visit gompas and mani walls along the way. It felt like a walking journey through history. Combine that with epic mountain views, and you have a trek that touches both the heart and the soul.

I just did my first trek in Nepal Gokyo Lakes for 9 days with Breeze Adventure. I am a regular trail hiker so it was not difficult for me. If you are a new hiker, please train well before you go for the Gokyo Lakes Trek. It is not an easy hike up to Gokyo Ri. But the well-experienced guide leads the trail very slowly which helps a lot. 
I love wild nature with beautiful mountain views. Climbing up to Gokyo Ri for the sunrise view was the best. I highly recommend you all for trekking in Nepal with Breeze Adventure for your successful trip.

I just finished Short Gokyo Lakes Trek. What a fantastic view from the Gokyo Ri! The trek was wonderful, the hotels and the owners were so friendly and the guide and porters were always helpful. My guide was very well experienced and had done this trek more than 50 times and knows every single corner of Gokyo Valley. We had an exceptional experience on our 7-day Everest Base Camp (EBC) Trek with helicopter return, organized by Breeze Adventure. With Lakpha, our knowledgeable and experienced guide from Breeze, the entire journey was seamless and well-coordinated. When we faced a poor weather forecast on Day 7, Breeze worked closely with us and Lakpha to adjust the itinerary. Thanks to their flexibility and professionalism, we completed the EBC trek in 6 days and reached our destination safely under favorable conditions.

The trek offered breathtaking views throughout, with Kala Patthar standing out as the highlight. At 5,640 meters, the climb is challenging, but the panoramic view of Mount Everest from the top makes it truly worthwhile. The food in the lodges along the route exceeded our expectations, and accommodations, though basic, were comfortable enough for the altitude and environment.

Breeze Adventure also provided us with helpful pre-trek advice—such as avoiding meat at high altitudes—which allowed us to prepare better and stay healthy during the trek. The logistics were handled smoothly, from the helicopter return to Lukla to the pickup and hotel transfer upon arrival back in Kathmandu.

We also appreciated the detailed packing list provided by Breeze. A useful tip from our side: be sure to bring a sleeping bag. Breeze can supply one if needed, and it offers added comfort given that linens in high-altitude lodges may not always feel freshly cleaned due to the lack of laundry facilities. Additionally, bring enough cash, as the cost of tea, coffee, and bottled water increases with altitude (ranging from NPR 200 at lower elevations to NPR 350 at higher stops like Gorak Shep and Lobuche).

Overall, we highly recommend Breeze Adventure for their outstanding organization, local expertise, and dedication to providing a safe and memorable trekking experience.
