What a peaceful trail and the beautiful Himalayan View!!
We went to Nepal in December for Everest BaseCamp Trek. In the beginning we were a bit worried about the weather and the cold but once we landed at the Lukla we forgot all about it! The weather was perfect for us and the view of the Himalayas was just awesome! The night at Gorekshep was a little bit cold but after adding the extra blanket it was warm. If you are planning to do Everest Base Camp Trek in Winter, please book the trip and go ahead! There are many articles that might make you afraid! The reality is very different! The trekking trail to Everest Base Camp is very safe, the guesthouses are open (not all) and the trail is so peaceful, in December/ January.
